Associates - Residential Division

Tamiko Fry, BA, CRA, P.App

Tamiko received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Western Washington University and became a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) in August of 2006. She has been actively appraising residential properties throughout the Lower Mainland since January 2007.

Tamiko joined HCLG in 2009 and received her CRA designation in 2015. She is currently the Manager of our Residential Division.

Wen Zhu, B.Eng, CRA, P.App

Wen joined HCLG in September 2012. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Shanghai and a Construction Technician Diploma from Vancouver Central College.

Wen became a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Insitute of Canada in 2009 and received his CRA designation in 2019.

Wen is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Scott Lee, BA, AIC Candidate Member

Scott received his Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University. He began his appraisal career with HCLG in May of 2017. Scott is continuing his mentoring as well as completing the courses required to achieve his CRA designation.

He currently specializes in the valuation of single detached housing, duplexes, condos, and townhouses throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

Scott is fluent in English and Korean.
