• Our senior appraisers include fully accredited members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (designation AACI, P.App.), each with extensive experience in the preparation of comprehensive, factual, and well supported valuation assignments involving a wide range of industrial, commercial, multiple-residential, and investment real estate.
• Our experienced residential division include accredited members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (designation CRA), and assure clients of competent, timely, reliable appraisal services pertaining to single family dwellings, duplexes, tri-plexes, four-plexes, individual condominium apartments, townhomes, undeveloped residential building lots, and acreage properties.
• All professional staff maintains errors and omissions insurance coverage through the Professional Liability Insurance Program sponsored by the Appraisal Institute of  Canada.
