Henry Wang, MBA, AACI, P.App

Henry graduated in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Nankai University in Tianjin, China. He worked eight years in Beijing for three internationally known companies and managed multi-million dollar accounts. Henry is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Henry graduated in 2001 with a Master of Business Administration Degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, USA. After graduation, Henry worked for four years in Dallas, Texas as a real estate marketing analyst. Henry gained real estate experience in feasibility studies, market research, marketing, and management. Since joining HCLG in January 2006, Henry has been involved with various kinds of real property valuation assignments.

Henry is the recipient of the Jack Warren Educational Trust Award (2007). He finished his UBC/AIC Post-Graduate Certificate Program in Real Property Valuation (PGCV) program in May 2008 and was awarded the use of the AACI and P.App designations in October 2009.

Sukh Dhaliwal, AACI, P.App

Sukh has worked extensively throughout the Fraser Valley specializing in current market and retrospective valuation, and consulting services pertaining to development land, and existing and proposed residential, office, retail, and industrial real estate.

During his tenure with the valuation team at a multinational real estate brokerage firm, Sukh gained invaluable insights into conducting appraisals of ICI properties in the Greater Vancouver market area.

Brent Langill, BA, CRA

Brent joined HCLG in June of 2007 following the completion of his undergraduate degree in History at the University of Calgary. He became a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in January 2008.

Brent is currently active in the valuation of both residential and ICI properties throughout the Lower Mainland Region and is continuing his mentoring and appraisal education requirements in order to achieve his AACI designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
