Henry WangHenry graduated in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Nankai University in Tianjin, China. He worked eight years in Beijing for three internationally known companies and managed multi-million dollar accounts. Henry is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Henry graduated in 2001 with a Master of Business Administration Degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, USA. After graduation, Henry worked for four years in Dallas, Texas as a real estate marketing analyst. Henry gained real estate experience in feasibility studies, market research, marketing, and management. Since joining HCLG in January 2006, Henry has been involved with various kinds of real property valuation assignments.

Henry is the recipient of the Jack Warren Educational Trust Award (2007). He finished his UBC/AIC Post-Graduate Certificate Program in Real Property Valuation (PGCV) program in May 2008 and was awarded the use of the AACI and P.App designations in October 2009.

Brent Langill, BA, CRA

Brent LangillBrent joined HCLG in June of 2007 following the completion of his undergraduate degree in History at the University of Calgary. He became a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in January 2008.

Brent is currently active in the valuation of both residential and ICI properties throughout the Lower Mainland Region and is continuing his mentoring and appraisal education requirements in order to achieve his AACI designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.


 

 Alvin Ou, BA, AIC Candidate Member

Mitchell HookerAlvin graduated in 2010 with a BA degree in Economics at Simon Fraser University. After gaining several years of invaluable experience with a major Canadian Chartered Bank, Alvin joined HCLG in 2016 and became a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2017.

Alvin is currently active in the valuation of both residential and ICI properties throughout the Lower Mainland Region and is continuing his mentoring and appraisal education requirements in order to achieve his designation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
