Randy commenced his career as a fee appraiser in 1981 following completion of the AIC’s diploma program at Langara College. He joined HCLG in 1985 and became a partner in 1987. Over the years Randy has developed a wealth of experience in valuing all types of real estate throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley regional market areas.

Randy’s practice is currently focused on ICI assignments for mortgage financing, litigation support, foreclosure, estate settlement, and negotiation purposes. Randy also works closely with the local development community for whom he regularly prepares feasibility analyses and pro-forma development projections.

Randy has been accepted as an expert witness before the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Edric G. Y. Lum, AACI, P.App

As one of the founding partners of Hooker Craig Lum Group Ltd., Edric Lum's reputation for providing real estate consulting and appraisal services for HCLG's clients is backed by over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Edric specializes in the valuation of complex and larger sized income producing real estate assets, such as: regional shopping centres, office buildings, business and industrial parks, multiple unit residential buildings, and institutional use properties. Furthermore, Edric's practice includes consulting assignments for negotiated settlements and expropriation proceedings involving various forms of real estate in Metro Vancouver. Edric has been accepted as an expert witness before the Supreme Court of BC.
